This is an excellent dish. My family loves it. The mouth watering explosion that occurs with each bite. This dish with the lemon spaghetti on the side or under the Chicken Parmesan is the perfect touch.
I could this dish longer than it calls because in place of cutlets I use chicken breast to serve a larger family.
This dish is also great to serve to guests. They can't eat enough.

this was a great recipe for my family who loves italian food. i took out some of the items, such as i did not use fresh herbs, i just dried. But the dinner turned out great. and for me a mother of two. it did not take long to fix either. i would recommend this dinner anyone.
