Absolutely fabulous - the best easy chicken parm I've ever had. I followed the recipe exactly, but I used jarred sauce for convenience. Served over pasta with a salad, it was an exceptional meal, especially for a weeknight.

A stalk of celery seems like a lot, perhaps just a rib.
Seems alot of these (chefs don't know the difference any more!
I also make this in an electric skillet, turns out great.
Italian seasoned bread crumbs are great to dredge the chicken in,adds flavor & crunch.

My husband and I made this, dipping half of the cutlets in plain bread crumbs and making the other half according to the recipe. We definitely enjoyed the cutlets that were dipped in the plain bread crumbs much better. Yum!!

You can't go wrong with Giada's recipes.
Chx parmesan can be good or bad. Depends on who makes it. I guess that's any dish but I have had some chicken parmesan that isn't too good. Alot of how it tastes depends on the tenderness of the chicken and the amount of cheese used.

This is always so amazing! I made it for my boyfriend who is used to Italian cooking and he loved it as well. Giada never disappoints!

This by far the best chicken parm ever and sooooo easy. My family and friends beg me to make this again and again. Why would anyone go to the mess of flour, egg and crumbs ever again. Leave it to Giada to make it simple, easy and delicious.

Great taste, however I first diped the chicken in flour, beatten egg and panko before browing. Servered it with lemon pasta. My daughter and mt son-in-law LOVED IT!!!

OMG Amazing! This will be a frequent repeat... Butterflied and split two breasts & jacked up the cheeses,.for 2 adults 2 unbelievably picky 10.5 yo's. Started w/ a dry fruit salad of Apple, Asian Pear, Mandarin Orange & Cheese cubes. Needed something else to make it pop. Next time will add a light "citrus" dress (will help with browning too and/or turn it into a gelatin mold. Served the Parm over linguine & finished with my home made glazed apple-cranberry pie & lemon infused whipped cream.

Now, to my dismay, these two kids always have grasped firmly onto a diet of mac-n-cheese, dad's (nobody else's cheeseburgers - nothing on 'em, bread & spaghetti/meatballs (no sauce... and tonight they licked their plates clean from seconds!!! No leftovers tonight! Daughter: "Dad this is a winnahhhh" Son: "Can we have this tomorrow and Saturday and Sunday to infinity?!?!? PLEASE"

    You Rock, Giada!
