I have a low-fat version, I dipped the pounded chicken breast and dipped in milk and used plain bread crumps and seasoned with salt and pepper. baked at 350 for 40 minutes or until crisp. I would use her tomatoe sauce or I had made my own sauce. It was really good dish I loved it! And this won't take anywhere near 3 hours.

Amazing!!! This tasted so authentic and way better than any Chicken Parm I've ever cooked or ate. Made it with fresh pasta as well and left no left overs.

Amazing ! My favorite kind of recipe...easy, great tasting and people think you worked hard to make it. A;ready a family favorite.
I used fresh herbs and it was so worth it. Giada is queen.

This was a fair amount of work (I made it with the simple sauce, and my 10-yr-old son wasn't thrilled to hear he was having chicken parmesan. After dinner, he told me that I should definitely make it again, and I will. It was great.

So, so good! I love that the chicken breast is not breaded like is commonly done with chicken parm. I used chicken tenderloins and my own red spaghetti sauce, but you could easily use a good jar sauce and it would still work. The family ate it right up!

OMG. It was absolutely the best chicken breast I've had in a long, long time - possibly ever! And I'm not a breast man. I cooked it for my wife tonight. She absolutely loved it too!

This recipe needs 10 stars!! Oh my gosh, I've never attempted chicken parm before and this was unbelievable. I made the simple tomatoe sauce from scratch per the directions, it was over the top! It was perfect for out valentine dinner...served it with a side salad and some hot crusty bread, wine, my husband said it was restuarant quality, something he has never said! I did have alot of sauce left over because I didn't make as much chicken but hey thats ok, I put it in the freezer and in a week or so we will have spaghetti, I'm good to go!
