I have to say that you could most certainly need better food handling practices in your kitchen Giada.
After handling raw chicken you wiped your hands on a kitchen towel and then used the same towel to dry the cutting board and after washing it. You also picked up the wood pepper grinder with your hands after handling raw chicken. This was all in the first 60 seconds of the video...and sponges with hand soap to clean the knife and once again the same towel to dry the knife I am sure. I never once saw you wash your hands after handling raw chicken and as for the towel...it should be thrown away. 5 stars on the recepie...with the risk of food poising.

I made this last week and again this week since we liked it so much. It's very quick and easy. I would definitely use the unsalted butter as in the recipe. There is something about lemon itself having a similar salty effect. LOVE THE LEMON! My only problem is that the sauce semi separates at the end despite whisking vigorously. Perhaps I should add a little more butter next time.

One of the first things i tried by myself. My whole family loves it and regularly requests it! Modified the sauce a little bit and tastes great! I omit the chicken stock/water, using only lemon juice and some white wine as the liquid. Mix in some granulated garlic (we're all garlic lovers at my house and just a touch of cayenne pepper. Gives it a nice little kick. Than deglaze the pan with this and pour over chicken. Theres not as much sauce so the chicken doesn't get soggy, more of a light coating. I like to serve with rice, we just pour the excess sauce over that and it tastes great!

Great. I made almost twice the chicken with the amount of sauce in the recipe and there was more than enough sauce... I usually double the sauce! Chicken was tender and the flavor was excellent.

I love any chicken/lemon combo and this recipe results in quite flavorful dish. I don't care for capers so I omit them. I've made this several times and make sure to double up on liquid ingredients. It won't be nearly enough sauce with stated amounts since you have to let the sauce simmer for a few minutes and half of it will evaporate.

This chicken tastes AMAZING! It's so moist and has just the right amount of flavor. A major plus is the short time it takes to prepare and cook : Following the recipe exactly ensures a great end result.

I thought it was excellent. Only thing I did different was after butterflied and cut chicken in 1/2 I pounded them thinner which made them super tender I also added a small amt. of Italian dried seasoning to the flour mixiture.
