I cooked this recipe last night, and it came out so delicious! very easy to make. I made a side of mash potatoes with garlic and it went great with the chicken.

Loved it! My husband and I don't like capers however so I left those out and added fresh peas instead - delicious. I also served it with some rice and made a little extra sauce. We both loved it! Thanks Giada!

This was great!! The only thing I did differently was add white wine instead of the chicken stock (I already had the wine opened!!. The sauce was definitely tart, but my husband and I both loved it! Another yummy recipe from Giada!!

Made this last night for dinner. Delicious recipe though you need to LOVE lemons to make it as is. The flavors of the lemon and capers are very strong so although I do love the flavor, it was a bit much for my boyfriend so I would recommend reducing the lemon juice in half next time, slightly reducing the capers, and substituting a bright citrusy white wine instead into the sauce to reduce the tartness a little bit. Turned out beautifully and was even delicious reheated for lunch today.

This dish is something you would order at a fancy restauarant, but better! Chicken was tender with great flavor. My dad really enjoyed the recipe; he is a capers fan. My husband thought the sauce was great, but not a fan of capers (he thought they were peas, lol! Next time I make this dish for him, I will put my own spin by leaving out the capers and add the peas. This way, my daughter can enjoy the dish as well. Leaving out the capers and adding the peas will turn this into a budget friendly meal. I know the flavoring of the capers won't be there, but it's worth a try. Thank you Giada!

Quite tasty and very satisfying. Really didn't take that long to make at all.

I did think that there was a bit too much oil so next time I'll be using 1 tbspn less and will keep the same amount of butter. I also didn't have chicken stock on hand so ended up using chicken broth. I wanted more sauce so I used one can of chicken broth and about 1/2 cup of lemon juice.

Loved this recipe and will definitely be making it again. A great recipe to add to your staples for chicken.
