Loved by the whole family; foodie husband & picky toddler. Adding it to our meal rotation. Directions are perfect and outcome was delicious! Great tip in the video about putting the leftover chicken broth in a freezer bag, to freeze and use later. Why have I not thought of this before?!? Thanks Giada!

Thought it was very good. I liked the Chicken Stock with the Lemon as opposed to wine. I made it one night according to the recipe the next night I doubled the sauce, added artichokes, and thickened it with some flour. There was enough sauce to have fettuccine with it. Very good. My favorite piccata sauce so far.

We enjoyed it a lot. I did this with prime ingredients (think trip to Whole Foods for Mother's Day dinner: big hit. I am of the school of thought that says you replace a little of the lemon juice with white wine, and flatten the chicken pieces before dredging (my six-year-old son looks forward to helping with that. I also think it's best done with slightly smaller pieces of chicken.

I did my standard pasta al burro con aglio as a side. My kid though the sauce was "too sour," but the adults loved it. I used Whole Foods organic, air-chilled chicken breast, Organic Valley Pasture Butter, etc.; Probably the people who are voting this down just didn't like that much lemon, or used some sort of crap in place of good ingedients (e.g., if you own a bottle of "Realemon," you should not be in the kitchen at all. Don't put furniture ;polish on your food.

I make this recipe about once a week. It is simple to make but very impressive to serve. If you didn't like the recipe I wonder what happened because it is really delicious!

This recipe was horrible. My whole family would not eat any of this. My husband had to wipe off all the sauce before he would eat the chiken because we hate to waste food. The noodles that was already mixed with the sauce, everyone threw away. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone and if you are even thinking about trying it, try adding it to only one piece of chicken first so you don't waste.

I halved the butter called for, and it was still mouth watering. Easy to make, perfect for a weeknight!

I love this recipe!!! I've made it many times and it always comes out perfect. I use good organic chicken breasts. And I love serving it with Giada's Lemon Spaghetti. The combination is yummy. But you must love the taste of lemon. The two different sauces blend very nicely. Everyone I've made this for has raved.

The chicken had a really good flavor. I served it over angel hair pasta, but I felt the sauce was too oily. Everyone enjoyed it, but no one was begging for more.
