A lot of people are suggesting to use more chicken stock and it may be because the recipe does not correlate with what is said in the video. She suggests 1 cup of chicken stock in the video, but the recipe calls for 1/2 cup. I stuck with what the video said and this was delicious!

My husband made this for our family the first time we had it and it was awesome. We have made it a couple times now. We have 2 toddlers and they gobbled it up! He is not an experienced cook and said that it was fairly easy for him to whip up. I am not usually a huge fan of the taste of capers...however I feel completely different about this recipe! The combination of flavors in the recipe are wonderful....the sauce you pour over the chicken is very good..especially with the light breading soaking it up. We pair it with fresh vegetables or a salad...I also think some white rice with a little S&P would be a nice easy side dish for this. I cook often for our family and I have found this to be a pretty easy meal to whip up.

Delicious! This dish is so simple to make yet so flavorful & fresh tasting. I made this recently for the first time for a very picky relative & his wife who often order this dish out at restaurants. I watched the video & followed Giada's recipe exactly & it turned out beautifully! They loved it! I have since made it for other guests & family members & everyone raves about it! It makes for great leftovers too. This has become one of my favorite recipes & I know I will make it often. I will try adding white wine to the sauce as other reviewers have if I can bring myself to change it up.

I love this recipe! Very easy and inexpensive with great flavor. I cooked for two but kept the sauce portion the same and put it over pasta, so delicious.

Loved by the whole family; foodie husband & picky toddler. Adding it to our meal rotation. Directions are perfect and outcome was delicious! Great tip in the video about putting the leftover chicken broth in a freezer bag, to freeze and use later. Why have I not thought of this before?!? Thanks Giada!

Thought it was very good. I liked the Chicken Stock with the Lemon as opposed to wine. I made it one night according to the recipe the next night I doubled the sauce, added artichokes, and thickened it with some flour. There was enough sauce to have fettuccine with it. Very good. My favorite piccata sauce so far.
