Quick and delicious. The lemon and capers pair well together.

I have made this recipe several times. I do adjust the sauce to my personal taste a bit. I only use 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice, probably about 3/4 to 1 cup of chicken stock and 2 more tbsp of butter. I love having the extra sauce and it is very rich. A chicken staple in our home. Thanks Giada!

Made this for my family tonight and it was a hit! I made a little more chicken than it called for and a little extra of the sauce, kind of guesstimated it and it turned out just fine! It was super easy and relatively quick. Served it over angel hair pasta with some Italian seasoned veggies and crusty bread as well. I'll definitely be making it again!

This is an easy recipe to make and it tastes soooooo good! I used a bit more stock because I felt it was a little too "lemony" for my taste. I used the juice of one lemon, which was less than the suggested 1/3 cup. If you watch the video, Giada tells you to use 1 cup of stock, and the recipe calls for 1/2 cup. I ended up using about 3/4 cup. The capers are fantastic - make sure you rinse them before using. My very picky husband loved it, and the kids ate it without complaint, which is saying something. Served over angel hair pasta with some rolls on the side. Outstanding.

I make this dish all the time.. Great favors, and the chicken isn't too heavy. I make extra of the sauce and put the chicken over angel hair pasta.. Perfection.

This recipe was awsome. I liked the lemon flavors. The capers were good to. This is a nice easy chicken dish. I will make it again.

What a great, classic dish. I made this for the first time yesterday, but will make it many times again in the future. I waited until the last minute to add the lemon juice which I think helped keep it bright. We served it with sauted yellow and zucchini squash which made a great combination. This was a wonderful hot weather dish, but I think it is hearty enough to be good in colder weather as well.

So good! A classic, simple chicken picatta recipe. Make sure to let the chicken brown well - the full three minutes on each side for sure - because it adds a lovely depth to the pan sauce. I served this over mashed potatoes which isn't very classic but IS delicious!
