    This was so succulent and juicy. The sauce at the end that you pour over the chicken made the dish. It was great without it, but when added....yum. It's now a family favorite.

    This was a wonderful recipe to make and very simple. The taste was fantastic. I have another piccata recipe, but this one was less time consuming and tasted much better. My husband raved about it all night. You go girl!!!

    I used turkey cutlets (all I had in the fridge, and had no capers, but this was still quite good! Very tasty. My 7-year-old asked for seconds, very rare for a dish with sauce!

    Super easy and makes me look like I know what I'm doing in the kitchen! It's become a weekly item on our dinner menu. My husband and son love it!
