    I never thought I would be able to make Chicken Piccata myself!! what an easy recipe that tastes sooo delicious! This is one for the recipe box!

    I loved the taste of the capers with the lemon. The chicken just melted in my mouth! This is my favorite chicken piccata recipe! Thanks Giada

    This Chicken Piccata was sooo good! Next time, I'll pound the chicken breasts a bit thinner. Lemon flavor was perfect, not overwhelming. Will absolutely make this again!!!

    I loved this recipe - as did my whole family. Anytime there is a recipe with capers in it, I'm there! Wonderful flavors, easy to make. Served with pasta. Yum. Definitely a keeper.

    My children dread having chicken for dinner. They think its boring and flavorless.(More a reflection on the cook's lack of experience, I'm afraid. They loved this and actually asked for seconds. I'll keep this one as a family favorite.
