    I have to agree with Bill from Macomb...after many tries, this one gets it just right! I also always add mushrooms to my Piccata, but this was so wonderful I'll cook it even if I don't have them on hand.

    I got the pan too hot and splattered my whole kitchen, but the chicken was just okay in our opinion. But it is a pretty simple recipe.

    I doubled this recipe last night to serve to company and still have some leftovers for today. It was simple to make using ingredients I already had except the capers. My company loved it so much, I had to print out a copy for them! Although I felt that I was using a lot of oil and butter the end result was not oily in any way, and the sauce really did thicken with that last addition of butter (which I almost forgot.

    wonerful. i was a little too generous with the salt, but other than that the recipe is perfect. served with pasta and added sauted mushrooms...mmmmm

    I could eat this everyday. Now I dont have to go to a fancy restaurant for one of my favorites. I can prepare it at home and still get great results

    This recipe definitely comes in handy for a university student like myself, who can't afford expensive foods or have the time to make a great meal. Amazing!
