This was delicious - however I thought the recipe could have used a bit more broth. I would double down on the chicken stock just to make sure it doesn't dry out.

Very good. Better with 1/4 c. Wine and 2 cloves of garlic.

This recipe was delicious and easy to prepare but tasted like it took hours! Thank you Giada! My boyfriend and prepared this together and had a romantic dinner paired with your Beet and marinated Goat cheese salad, loaf of cibata and a bottle of Santa Margarita Pinot Grigeo. You rock! Love your recipes.

This is one of the best chicken dishes. Added some white wine and reduced the lemon juice by half. Was so good my son didn't need to add ketchup to the chicken. Will make this again and again.

Delicious and easy. I followed the recipe exactly and the chicken was moist and the sauce was perfect.

Perfect. Serve with steamed cabbage. The sauce is wonderful on cabbage.

I made this with chicken for 3 people and tilapia for myself. Used veggie broth rather than chicken broth. The comments about the lemon juice are so true. I doubled the sauce but kept the lemon juice the same and it was still pretty lemony. I would cut it to less than half. Overall this wasn't bad, but nothing memorable to me. My Dad gave it a 7 out of 10. I might try marinating the chicken or adding a rub to it first next time to add a little flavor. Not sure why people have said they put it over angel hair pasta and loved it. This is a VERY thin sauce, so it went right through my pasta and left it dry. I would definitely use rice pilaf or mashed potatoes if I make this again. Took the star away for the chicken, not the pasta.
