Everyone enjoys this dish.. so easy, so good, nice presentation. Frankly, I stopped ordering Piccata out because it's either too tart and/or soggy, but Giada's recipe is the BEST I've ever eaten so I'll just have to enjoy this one at home.

I didn't expect much from this recipe, based on the ingredients, and, as I was cooking it, I thought for sure that my hubby was NOT going to like it. Boy was I wrong! We both even had seconds and I had the rest for lunch the next day. It's tangy and tasty. Yum.

Absolutely wonderful! As good as in any upscale restaurant! The only things I do different are that I like to pound my chicken breasts thin before dredging in the flour, I use a special pan searing flour that is slightly seasoned and is also a finer texture than regular flour and lastly I like to thinly slice some fresh lemons and throw them in the pan for the final 5 minutes or so of cooking.
