    Absolutely phenomenal! I made this dish for my girlfriend and I for the first time, along with some fried potatoes and grilled asparagus and it was completely delicious. After pouring some more of the broth onto the cooked chicken, the left over chicken broth seeped into the fried potato slices just enough to give them a perfect flavor. Definitely, definitely recommend.

    Everyone enjoys this dish.. so easy, so good, nice presentation. Frankly, I stopped ordering Piccata out because it's either too tart and/or soggy, but Giada's recipe is the BEST I've ever eaten so I'll just have to enjoy this one at home.

    I didn't expect much from this recipe, based on the ingredients, and, as I was cooking it, I thought for sure that my hubby was NOT going to like it. Boy was I wrong! We both even had seconds and I had the rest for lunch the next day. It's tangy and tasty. Yum.

    I'm just learning how to cook and this was easy to prepare and delicious!!! I doubled to sauce to pour over the pasta. Easy, Fast, & delicious!
