This is an excellent basic piccata recipe. I agree with the other reviewers who suggested that 1 you omit the last 2 tbl of butter (not really necessary and 2 Do not rewarm the chicken at the end. I simply put an oven-safe platter in the oven, preheat to 200f, and place the cooked chicken in that while finishing the sauce.

Delicious! Fast & easy. I was looking for "quick" yet complex & fresh recipes and this one nailed it. It says 40 minutes but I had it out under a half an hour. We served with penne pasta and put the extra sauce on the pasta. We'll definitely be adding this one to our regular dinners. I like that it's fast enough for a week night but you don't have to compromise with boxed ingredients. I might forego the last 2 tblsp. of butter as well next time. Thanks Giada!

I really enjoyed this dish. The only change I made was slightly reducing the lemon juice and adding some white wine.

I made this recipe for myself, since I didn't think my family wouldn't like it. I made exactly as the recipe calls with the exception of the capers, only because I didn't have any in my pantry. My husband even tried it and he's not one for chicken, but he liked it. This is a restaurant quaility recipe. Enjoy!!!!

This is a tasty, easy dish to make on a busy weeknight, and my family always loves it. The only catch? Yikes, there's a lot of butter and oil! I typically cut the amount of both in half, and forgo the butter at the end-the lemon and capers impart enough flavor that you can definitely ease up on the fat. I like the fact that I always have these ingredients on hand, so this is a great go-to recipe when I feel tempted to order pizza. Thanks Giada!

my first attempt and it was delicious!! my sauce was a little thin so I might add cornstarch to the flour next time but I can see serving this for company! or using chicken tenders for a crowd!! oh my goodness for sure!

My partner used to love to go out to eat just to order this dish, now she wants me to make it at home almost weekly. Such an easy, quick, elegant dinner. The only change I made is splashing some of the white wine we are having with the meal into the sauce. I also discovered it is awesome to serve over a perfectly cooked farfalle. Thank you Giada!

This recipe was the best I've had and it was very easy! Great for a last minute "wow" everyone dinner.
