My family love it but I will reduce lemon juice next time.

This was delicious and super easy to make. I thought the parsley was a bit much though. Next time, I would do just a tiny sprinkling.

Very simple, quick and good. I used Wegmans Pan Searing Flour and added paprika and dried oregano for extra seasoning. Perfect light coating and nice light brown searing. Accidently opened beef broth instead of chicken broth and it worked very well. Paired with fresh green beans and mashed potato.

I have made this twice now. Both times enjoyed it. I wonder though, why so many reviews say that there was too much lemon juice because 1/3 cup does not seem like much for four chicken breasts. I almost used that much on two chicken breasts. I do love lemon though! And capers! Thx again Giada!

I was excited to try this after having it at an Italian restaurant. Unfortunately this recipe was a disappointment. The lemon was way too strong and ruined the taste of the entire dish. If trying again, I would reduce the amount of lemon juice.

This recipe is SO good and SO simple to make! It tastes gourmet but a quick meal to put together after work. I used par cooked chicken breasts and put them in an egg wash before the flour just to get the flour to stick a little. I also didn't have fresh parsley on hand so I put some dried in with a little water/flour mixture to thicken the sauce a little and we served it over angel hair pasta. SO SO SO good! My husband is a gourmet chef and he ate 2 huge servings of this. I'll definitely be making it again!

Amazing recipe. Simple enough but tastes like a dish made in a restaurant. This will be a go-to dish moving forward.

This turned out better than a lot of the chicken piccata dishes I've had in restaurants!

Followed the recipe as written and I found it a little bit too oily. I might reduce the olive oil next time. Regardless, this is just an amazing recipe. The capers and lemon juice together are just fabulous. I love garlic and might add some next time...
I served it with mashed delicata squash and wilted kale. yum. :
