I was a little disappointed with this recipe. I felt it lacked flavor. I added a good bit of Parmesan, salt, and garlic afterwards, though it did not help much. Also, the sauce was incredibly thin.

This recipe was so easy! : I did add fresh moz chz w/ the parm to make it cheesier. My family loved the sauce so much that I tripled it the 2nd time I made it. This is a recipe that will stay in the cookbook : Thanks!

Another hit from Giada! My 14yr. old son actually cooks this for the family. He generally makes SPAGHETTI WITH ASPARAGUS, SMOKED MOZZARELLA AND PROSCIUTTO as the side dish, soooo goood!

I made this for my fiance and I for dinner tonight and it came out really great. This is definitely one of those dishes that require good prep so that you're not running around trying to do each step (like I was, LOL We had it with yellow rice and string beans sauteed with shallots.

This was so easy and fast. THe only thing I would do differently next time is use fresh spinach and onions. Maybe it was the brand of frozen spinach that was the problem. However you look at this it was good and easy. I made this with the Olive and Sun-dried tomato vetetables which was just as easy and fast. Dessert was Giada's Mascarpone cheesecake with almond crust that was a hit with my Italian family. All three recipies were easy and dissappeared quickly.
Thank you for great meals,

I baked this instead of pan-cooking it (it was hard with the toothpicks sticking out to get it uniformly cooked, and I loved it! I've made it for several of my friends and everyone always enjoys it.

this recipe is so good! reminds me when i was a kid. this is one of those classic recipes that many people don't know about, as it's not found on many menus. especially here i los angeles. this is a dish you would find in a classic italian restaurant in chicago, or, new york. i have made this for m,any dinner parties, and the recipe is always requested. i even have a friend who does not care for chicken, but ask me to make this when she invited to dinner. i got giadas new cookbook for christmas. i have already made several recipes, and as usual, they were fantastic. thank you giada!

I LOVE this dish, I have prepared it many times in the past year, and it always gets a "WOW" not only when it hits the table, but also when it's tasted. So easy, and I've used a few leaves of fresh spinach instead of frozen and that is equally good. You have to try this, it's incredible!
