I honestly think if you end up not liking this dish, you either can't cook or don't know how to slowly add seasoning. This recipe is amazing and I will make it again and again!

Loved this recipe! I added lemon zest to the spinach and used black truffle olive oil instead of EVOO.

I loved this dish!!! Will make it again and again and again!! Elegant presentation. Not too difficult. I thought that the chicken, the spinach, the proscuitto all came together to make "the perfect bite". Mmmmm...

I made this for my mother's birthday dinner & she loved it. It was easy & delicious. I assembled the chicken early & then just had to cook everything later. I served it w/ Giada's risotto. I did substitute pecorino for parmesan b/c that was what I had on hand. I also baked the chicken in the oven after browning it in the pan. I did not think it was too salty as other reviewers indicated. I will definitely make this again.

It was easy but I felt it was missing something. Hubby didn't like it.

As usual, a good solid recipe from Giada. In my opinion, her recipes lack 5 star pizazz and this dish was no different. Looking for something quick to fix during a week night, try this. Trying to impress friends or family, try another recipe.

I would definitely make this recipe again, but with a few adjustments. The salting of the chicken and then again on the spinach and then AGAIN on the sauce is too much. The prosciutto is pretty salty all by itself. And I would agree with the others who noted adding provolone or harvarti cheese would jazz it up a bit more. I would definitely go the fresh spinach sauteed in oil & garlic over the frozen. I did frozen this time around and it was OK, but I can tell I would like the taste of fresh much better. Overall - a keeper! And it looks to presentable it could easily be a nice dish for company.
