I made this recipe using turkey cutlets. It was very easy, quick and simple. The final result was fatastic. The turkey came out moist and juicy. It was a big hit. Thanks.

This dish is easy to make and full of flavor. I added my own twist to it. When the chicken is done, add half a cup of heavy cream and mix well. Take about a tablespoon of corn starch and mix with water. When mixed add to liquid in pan and serve as a delicious and flavorful sauce. It was a huge success with my whole family.

This is a great simple dish. It was fun to prepare and cooks in a short time. I was able to make several rolls of various size from three chicken breasts. Great tasting dish.

This recipe was simple and quick enough to make after a long work day. The citrus flavor really came out and added a nice change from the more typical chicken marinades. This was the first time I had cooked with prosciutto and the flavor was not overwhelming, but just enough to compliment the other flavors. The only drawback was the cost of the prosciutto.

I tried this dish on my new girl friend the other night and she loved it. Together with some garlic mashed potates,a small green salad with roasted walnuts and topped off with our favorite chardonay.
Great tips, great show and of course great looks.

    Thanks, Giada -

I think I would use fresh spinach next time, there was a taste that was "off".

I substituted chopped broccoli for the spinach because my family doesn't like spinach, but the dish was still so good. I should have pounded the chicken a little thinner than I did but that was my own fault. Very good and pretty easy.

A nice surprise for a summer meal. Light and flavorful---and not too difficult to prepare after a hard day at the office. I plan on including this into a regular rotation at my house. And my husband loved it!
