I would definitely make this recipe again, but with a few adjustments. The salting of the chicken and then again on the spinach and then AGAIN on the sauce is too much. The prosciutto is pretty salty all by itself. And I would agree with the others who noted adding provolone or harvarti cheese would jazz it up a bit more. I would definitely go the fresh spinach sauteed in oil & garlic over the frozen. I did frozen this time around and it was OK, but I can tell I would like the taste of fresh much better. Overall - a keeper! And it looks to presentable it could easily be a nice dish for company.

Very good, true to the recipe. I would say cooking past 8 mins with the broth is overdoing it. I used basil vs. spinach. The kids loved it.

Can't believe how well this turned out the first try! I was nervous for over salting, so I added a bit of water to the remaining sauce at the end and kept tasting to make sure it wasn't too salty. I also added some sauteed garlic to the spinach. Served w/ roasted asparagus and brown rice. Yum!

This was delicious in every way. I served this with her Italian antipasto salad! Never had proscuito before but it has a nice flavor when combined with the spinach and cheese. This dish was simple and did not take up much time.

Excellent. I made this when I had guests with gluten allergies over for dinner. Huge hit. Fast and easy recipe with lots of flavor. Looks sort of fancy too.

Try this. I found the spinach a bit lacking but may not have added enough oil. I would go fresh spinach sautéed with a touch of garlic. I'm not a big on a lot of salt (my husband is and he was doing the seasoning Just keep in mind that the prosciutto and the parmesan are salty by nature - you can always add more salt but not take back. We made this with mushroom risitto and green beans. YUM!!!!
