I made this last night for dinner and it was a real winner. I added a little white wine to my sauce towards the end. Sooo good. I served it with roasted asparagus and rice, which i made with garlic, capers, and some of the leftover spinach. Awesome!

I followed the recipe except I didn't use as much salt. It was still salty but yet rather bland. All I could taste was spinach. Fairly easy to assemble, but kinda messy. The chicken was very juicy. And I liked the broth/lemon reduction. Not sure if I'll make this again. If I do, I'll omit the frozen spinach and use fresh spinach on the top of the chicken just before drizzling with the sauce. And I'd add garlic and some other herbs.

I read the reviews...all positive which is why I attempted to make this dish. It's tasty, but the chicken is dry. I followed the directions exactly. Should I have brined the chicken before I cooked it?

I love this recipe! And when you break it down, it is really inexpensive. Since you only need a few slices of prosciutto sliced super thin, it doesn't cost much. Next I am going to try wrapping it in puff pastry and baking it for a few minutes after browning it in the pan.

I made this for my family of 10. No joke, I have 8 children. I always do something special for Valentine's Day. This year I made a delicious 4 course meal. This was my main course. I did add a little marinara sauce at the end and served it on top. My husband and children are still talking about it. ABSOLUTELY delicious.

Well, Giada, you have done it again. This was delicious! I decided to leave out the cheese because I was serving it with risotto and it was still wonderful!

I have made this recipe now three times in the past month. Everyone asks for it afterwards. Instead of using the spinach I've used fresh basil chopped and rolled with the parmesan and prosciutto. The freshness of the basil is amazing with the chicken. I highly recommend it. I've also used more chix broth with the sauce. The dish is one of my favs!
