It was really easy to make and tasted delicious. It was really tender and juicy, which I didn't expect. I will definitely make this dish again.

first time making this tonight and it was delicious!!

i didnt pound the chicken out thin enough so it was a little falling apart but following the recipe, the taste was great & easy enough even for this practicing cook.

thanks for the idea. we will definately make this again.

This receipe is so versatile! my boyfriend and i love it, we mix it up all the time with the things we stuff it with. We have fallen in love with making it stuffed with roasted red peppers and fontina cheese (we have also tried it with spinach and feta, very good as well. The cheese melts into the sauce a little making it nice and creamy. We usually have sauteed spinach as our side with lemon and garlic...

full of many wonderful flavors, this dish is easy for the end result. I used grated jarlsberg cheese instead of parmesan for more flavor and more spinach.. I also ended up cooking the chicken in the oven after the browing and on stove top in the broth. Still very tender and so good. Two of my dinner guests asked for the recipe.
