    So delicious. I love fennel but have never been able to get the husband or kids to eat it. Grilling it changes the taste. The perfect bite was one piece of zucchini with one fennel and one chicken sausage. Incredible. I added the juice of one half a lemon to the marinade. I also used low-sodium soy sauce.

    We had this for the 4th and everyone thought it was great. Easy to make. I used Italian chicken sausage. Also next time I would leave out the lemon. Didn't find it necessary.
