Did not have a sage leaf so I sprinkled rubbed sage on the chicken, garlic salt and added three fresh basil leaves from my garden to each roll. Delicious. Thanks Giada

I usually try out a recipe before I serve it to guests, but I went ahead and made this for a dinner party untested. It was wonderful! and fairly easy. I will definitely add this to my regular rotation.

I made this last night and absolutely loved it! I used a small bit of sage seasoning instead of the sage leaf, but it turned out great! The sauce was wonderful as well. I don't have a food processor currently, so I bought the crushed tomatoes and used them that way. I served the chicken with some pasta with the sauce on top. The chicken is gone but we still have some pasta and sauce left over, and I am looking forward to lunch today! =

    Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

My husband and I loved this dish and I added the leftover puree to some homemade chicken soup the next day and it made that extra delicious soup. My husband can be picky sometimes and he went back for 3rds on both dishes. :o

I made this twice; once with fontina and once with goat cheese. It was a hit! This will definitely be on my "to do list". Thank you!
