I made this last night for supper. It was wonderful. Very filling and didn?t make a ridiculous amount so I?d have to eat it all week or fill up my freezer with it.

Warm and hearty - almost replaces my beef stew. Also, use cannellini beans as Giada suggests on the show - even better!

This was very good. Everyone loved it. The best part was that it was easy to make.

Delicious! I suggest pulling the skin off all but one chicken breast to cut down on the fat content and cooking the chicken closer to 40 minutes but other than that, this is wonderful for a winter evening!

If I can cook this, it HAS to be easy. My son said "I didn't know you could cook!" We all loved it and I'll have to double it next time.

I loved this stew! I used skinless chicken breast with the bone in to keep the chicken moist but to keep it light...turned out great! I also added a parmesean rind to give the stew another layer of flavor, so yummy!

Easy and great for cold days. Chicken and tomato aren't my favorite combination, but I did like this stew.

Great meal! I added garlic to the onions and carrots as well, I am Italian by heart.
