Tetrazzini was fabulous. I used penne pasta instead of the linguine and my family inhaled it.

I have a 3 yr old and a 6 yr old who are difficult to cook for. This recipe not only worked in taste for my husband and I - but all the things the kids liked. Ok - my older one picked out the peas... I'm hoping next time he eats them too!! LOL! Great recipe! I made it over two days and after a t-ball game!

I tried this recipe for the first time over the weekend. It takes a bit of coordinating, but for those with a little more experience in the kitchen, it should be a breeze. For those intimidated but tempted, give it a go, the effort is worth the final result. Your tastebuds will totally thank you!

WOW! It took a while to prepare, but the aromas from the kitchen made that a good thing. The sauce was creamy and delicious, the chicken flavorful and all the flavors together were awesome. My husband is still smiling and I can't wait to take the leftovers to work to share. Thanks for a great new comfort food.

After watching the show this morning, we were very excited to try a new chicken recipe. It was AMAZING!!! Took a bit longer than the suggested times, but definitely worth the work!!!

This is a great dish with simple ingredients. I did not have fresh parsley, so I added a little shake of dry herbs in the cream sauce. I also used half and half instead of cream and milk just because this is what I had. I left the mushrooms out because my husband does not like mushrooms. It worked beautifully. I would put the water for the linguine on first so the pasta will be ready for the oven timely.
This is a great dish and we loved it! I will make this dish again for sure.

For all our years Italian has come out of a jar or box. This was our first real try at Italian Cooking & it was awesome.
From watching the show we realized that we could do this ourselves. Recipe was straight forward & was loved by all.
Thanks!!!!!!
