I had to make this after watching Giada. This recipe was awesome! A little time consuming, but soooo worth it. My teenage son who is a picky eater went back for seconds.
Will definitely make again.

It turned out perfect! My tip would be picking up a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and shredding it (trust me the chickens are so perfectly roasted there is little to no waste. I would entertain with this.

It was so wonderful and tasty. I had smaller baking dishes, so I cooked one and saved one. It tasted just as good the next day. Next time I have family over, I think I will make it the night before.

Oh-My-Goodness!!!
This was absolutely incredible! The ONLY complaint I have is that it was much more time intensive than I had imagined. I'll plan better next time! Make sure you have about 6-8 people to eat it---our family of four even had seconds (hubby had thirds!--and we still have LOTS left over.
The lemon broccoli was incredible too!

The multiple steps needed to prepare this dish didn't bother me because of the wonderful aromas in my kitchen. I used a mix regular and portabello mushrooms for a meatier taste. The wine gave the dish an incredible flavor.
I used Fettuccini Rigate because the sauce really clings to the ridges.
I also added a tiny bit of Cayanne to the sauce to liven it up a bit.
My whole family loved the meal and thats a good thing because there are TONS left over.

This is the most fantastic tetrazzini ever! A little time consuming, so I did all my prep first, then it went together real well. Would be a great "company" meal, my family LOVED it.

This is the best tetrazzini recipe ever! It has replaced all the others that I've tried in the past. It fairly easy and it does take a bit of time but it's well worth the effort. The only thing I've done different is to quarter the mushrooms, I like the bigger, chunkier pieces in the sauce. I also make the bechamel sauce in a separate pan without any problems. Be sure to be generous with the garlic and also with the bread crumbs and Parmesan, you'll love the crunchy topping. Yum!

This is a very tasty meal that would be great for large groups or a large family, or even if you want to put it in serving dishes and reheat it at a later time. It's unique in flavor and no one will go away hungry, as it is a filling and satisfying meal.
