This was the most delicious dish I have had in a long time! It was awesome, and everyone was impressed. I think it would be a great thing to make ahead of time, then just crumble on the crust and put in the oven the day of. I will be making this again over and over!

I had a blast preparing and making this dish. I loved my grandmother's turkey tetrazzini as a kid. For those that thought this might be a bit bland, try using a good sherry or even Madeira instead of the white wine. I think you'll find it adds a little extra flavor. What a great dish!

I've made this dish several times and each time it gets better. My husband requests it at least twice per month. Giada is great.

The family loved this and asked me to make it again. The ingredients are standard...not hard to get. Tasted just like a good restaurant meal that you'd go back and order as a sure thing. Hubby doesn't like mushrooms so left them out which was no big deal. This served the four of us with just a little left...but everyone had a good helping of seconds.

I wanted to make this for a luncheon I was going to. After reading the reviews, I knew I would never be able to have it ready in time. I decided to split the prep work into two days. I did the chicken and mushrooms the day before. On the morning of the luncheon I made the cream sauce, cooked the pasta and warmed the chicken mushroom mixture in the microwave. Needless it went together with ease and I was right on time for the luncheon. This dish received raves from my friends. It's a keeper. Thanks Giada.
