    This is really good, however I made a few changes. First I would suggest using chicken thighs instead of breast. I tried substituting breast for thighs, and they were kinda dry. Also I would add some flour to the sauce at the end to thicken it, it was pretty runny. I also used mushrooms instead of artichokes. With some adjustments, this is a very tasty meal.

    Pretty good but the skin on the chicken thighs become very soggy after they come out of the oven. The flavor is pretty good though.

    I made the chicken vesuvio for my two sons and daughter-in-law (Miss Fussy.
    It was a knock-out! They loved it. I used boneless thights and breasts and skipped the artichokes. By all means do not skimp on the garlic, and even if you don't usually cook with wine, don't leave it out. I added the wine and the whole meal was great.

    I made this recipe for my wife and she loved it. Wife later requested it for dinner with friends. Friends liked it so much that they requested recipe and are now maing it for their family. I used the baby lima beans as substitution in recipe.
