Good basic recipe that needs to be kicked up a notch. Add mexican oregano, much more flavorfull than regular oregano, thinly sliced preserved lemon and a couple tablespoons of lemon juice as everything is combined. This gives the recipe a real zest that still could be kicked up another notch by adding some red pepper flakes.
ENJOY!!!

I made this dish for my extended family (15 of us and they loved it!! It was easy and fun to make, my daughter and I made it together. My husband even ate it, well the chicken and potatoes part, and that is saying alot.

Very quick and easy to put together. The ingredients are simple and the results are delicious. I watched the show then made this the same night from memory. It's a big hit and an easy weeknight dinner.

I have never made a recipe from Giada that wasn't absolutely delicious. This one was no exception. The flavor made my tongue sing, and my husband, who doesn't like chicken, wants me to make it again...SOON!
Thanks, Giada. As always, a wonderfully easy and tasty dish.

I made this for my in-laws (who had never had artichokes and they loved it! I used the artichokes instead of the lima beans (I'm not a big fan and it was wonderful. The sauce was rich and creamy. This recipe is a definite keeper.

This recipe took too much time and effort and made a big mess in my kitchen, only to deliver a dissapointing result. It had no flavor and I would have had the same taste but crispier if I had just thrown the chicken in the oven on a baking sheet. Even if I added extra seasoning next time to jazz it up, it is still not worth the time.

I never write reviews but had to for this one. Probably the best thing we've ever eaten. used boneless chicken breasts dredged in flour before sauteeing. didnt get 5 stars b/c not enough sauce. overall a real winner
