I think the blend of flavors in this meal is wonderful! I really enjoyed it. The recipe is very easy to follow and the cook time on it was right on.

This dish is difficult to make but tastes like a party in your mouth when the parents are in another country!

This was excellent. My boyfriend almost did not get any because he asked my daughter and I to make him a plate for later. I read the other reviews first. I used fresh minced garlic but increased it to 6 cloves. I alo added 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper and 1 tsp of dried parsley. This made it incredibly flavorful. I will probably make it again this week because it was just that good!

Very easy one pot cooking. Also added frozen chopped spinach for more color.
It looks like you spent hours cooking and is so so tender. Also used breasts for the whote meat folks in the house.

Fabulous recipe. I substituted mushrooms for the artichokes and it was still yummy.
