This recipe is wonderful. It was easy to prepare and the ingredients are available in any supermarket. I didn't have thyme, but it still tasted great with the oregano.

I don't like chicken dishes that much - but I loved this one. I would do a few things different next time though. I might quarter my potatoes, add onions, and I will try using breasts instead. I did not like picking meat off the bones - that is just a personal preference. I also may add even more garlic - oh yeah! This was really superb though!!!

I just finished eating this dish for dinner minutes ago, and I was so amazed at how tasty and delicious it is that I had to get online to write my review. Giada, this is one of the best one pot chicken dinners I've EVER tasted! The seasonings are so simple: olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, white wine and stock, yet the results are absolutely stupendous. Can't wait to make this for company (although sadly it will soon be getting too warm to be making a dinner that comes out of a 450 degree oven. The potatoes just absorbed all of that flavorful sauce. I can't wait to taste the leftovers tomorrow!

This recipe was 5 star restaurant quality. I made this for me and my husband and we enjoyed it so much that I plan to make it the very next time we have company. Be sure to have a loaf of italian bread on hand when you're eating it in order to savor the juices. An added bonus will be the wonderful aroma coming out of your kitchen. Delicious and simple or...simply delicious. I'm a big fan of Giada's cooking.

Easy, quick and delicious. I am on a low carb diet so I substitute the potatoes for mushrooms.

This dish was simple and so delicious! It had such a Mediterranean feel to it with the artichokes added. My fiance said this was one of the best things I have ever cooked and he went back for thirds! Simple, yet divine!

This recipe was very easy to make and so flavorful! I doubled it since I had 10 thighs for the family. One suggestion - take the skin off, as it stuck to the pan and didn't add to the flavor, so who needs it.
