This was another hit from Giada! While I did not see the show in which she made it, I used the recipe out of her Family Dinners Cookbook. Awesome! The sauce was delicious, the chicken (even the breast portions was tender, and the potatoes were so creamy! It was even better the next day, with the sauce spooned over rice. This delicious dish is now in our book of must-eats!

Tonight will be the third time I serve up this meal, it is excellent. Very easy to make, make sure you taste as you go and add salt and pepper if needed.

I made this tonight and we really enjoyed it. My husband said it was great comfort food and was seen licking his plate. After reading the reviews of those who were disappointed in this recipe I made sure to season well. I used tons of garlic and made sure I was using a high quality chicken stock and good wine. I would definitely make this again!

This was an easy meal to make. I couldn't find frozen artichokes so I used canned and stirred them very gently. I added a little more garlic and chili flakes and used regular chicken stock for additional flavour.

Thought this recipe was easy and pretty good, but the thyme was a little overwhelming for me. I'll make it again, but will separate the artichokes on the platter (they just kind of blend in with the chicken and potatoes. I would like more sauce, so I'll double that next time, too.

I thought this recipe was really good however I gave it 4 stars because I made some changes. I used chicken breast, (we?re not really thigh people dredged it in flour and cooked it 5 min less than directed. I also added parsley at the end for the sauce. I think the reason people are complaining about flavor and it being bland is because you have you salt the dish way more than specified. Potatoes need LOTS of salt and the recipe doesn?t state that. So?just add more salt and the recipe will be awesome!

This is fantastic and easy to make - although it takes longer than specified, about 30 minutes more. Worth it though!

This recipie is great for me since I have a 11 month old son. It allows me to walk away from the meal when I need to. THe only criticism is that it tends to spater and make a mess of my stove top.

I made this for my family but I didn't use artichokes or lima beans in the sauce. I just left it like it was and it was amazing. My husband told me it tasted like we were in a restaurant. Quite the complement. Really yummy. I love one pan meals. Just sauteed some asparagus and everything was great. Thanks Giada.
