All the reviews that say that this recipe is lacking in flavor are, in my opinion, way off base! However, because of those reviews, I did add onion, spinach, and a little parsley at the end. The onion added some nice flavor, and the spinach and parsley really punch up the color. However, I think that this dish could stand on it's own without my additions. Either way, everyone in my family loved it!

My husband loved this recipe, and I found it easy to make. However, I found the visual appeal of the dish to be bland, as the artichoke, potatoes, and chicken all looked the same on the plate. I will make it again, but may add some colorful vegetables next time, such as green peas.

Simply the best, I added mushrooms. My son is a Chef, and came to dinner, he was delighted with my cooking ability. This will become one of our regular meals

Extra good, but I always have added 0nions, red and green peppers, that just adds more flavors.

We really enjoyed this recipe. It is fun to make and not too difficult. The artichoke hearts add a great flavor variety to this meal.

One of my favorite standbys! To make it a little easier, I use boneless skinless chicken breasts and coat them in flour before I fry thm in oil. For some variation, try stirring in a bag of frozen peas right after you take the finished product our of the oven. The heat cooks the peas really fast, and they had some great color! DELICIOUS, and serve with bread!

This recipie was a family fave! I used lima beans instead of artichoke hearts, and since I didn't have an oven proof pot, I had to transfer the stew to a casserole dish. I just put the lima beans right in the dish before putting it in the oven, and they cooked perfectly!

This is a very tasty chicken dish. The sauce is what makes the dish. I removed the lid from the pan for the last ten mintues so that the skin could get crisp. I couldn't find frozen artichokes, so I used canned instead.

I thought this recipe was delicious, easy and quite healthy. I did dredge the chicken in seasoned flour and browned it a bit so that the "sauce" had a thicker consistency, other than that, in my opinion, and that of my husband and 2 kids, it was very good. Cindy
