This was easy to prepare and very tasty with a couple of changes out of necessity. I used green onions instead of shallots and I used the gold potatoes instead of the red. This was the first time that I tried this recipe and it brought rave reviews by everyone. Definitely one I would use again.

Recipe was simple and easy to make. Came out great, followed her directions and it came out just like she said it would. I would like to try this one with bone-in/skin-on chicken breasts next time!

The only mistake I made was using the wrong pan....you have to make sure you have a good deep frying pan to really brown the chicken. Delicious & easy-easy recipe!! I served it with Fresh Spinach sauteed in garlic, and a great bottle of Pinot Grigio....excellent for a delicious week day dish!!

I have made this dish several times and it is fabulous. I'm not a big garlic fan so I cut down on the garlic. I also added a little extra wine and broth and then thickened it up a little at the end with some butter and flour paste. DELICIOUS!!! I am making this again this weekend for a special dinner and know it will be a hit.

Easy,Quick and something I think everyone could enjoy. You cant go wrong with the mild yet tastey flavors. Even my one year old eats it.I served it over rice that was cooked with chicken broth and thyme and the rice soaked up the flavor. A meal that although yes hearty can be very romantic served with bread and wine.

This recipe was easy and turned out to be a wonderful dinner. It makes the house smell like an Italian restaurant.

I tried the dish without the artichoke hearts, not on purpose, I though I had them in my freezer. However this dish came out very delicious all of the meat was tender and the potatoes were perfect. I will make this again and not forget the artichokes.
