Holy smokes!!! This was one of the easist & tastiest marsala dishes me & my family has had, even my very picky eating 12yr. old loved it. The dijon & mascarpone gave this such a unique flavor. This is a dish that will be made again.

Quite good. Didn't have Marsala so I used Maderia. Slight difference. For our family there was not enough sauce so I added 1/2 carton of the new Pillsbury Italian Herb cream cheese. Husband still wanted more! Be sure to pound the chicken thin, it will make a difference. YES we will make it agan.

Best dish I've ever made. Followed the recipe exactly. Even my husband who thinks himself a food critic had nothing but the best to say about this meal.

I couldn't get my fork out of the leftovers!! This dish is so delicious. It was super easy to prepare!! My husband took it for lunch the next day too, which is always a good sign in this house!! :

Great recipe & super easy to make. Always receive thumbs up when I make it for company. If I want/need more sauce, in a pinch I'll add some cream of mushroom soup.

I love this recipe!!! Chicken Marsala has always been a favorite of mine and the mustard and mascarpone make it the best I've ever had (not just made. I did cut the mustard in half, but this dish is even better the next day. Did not watch the show, until I tried the recipe. Thank you!

I only give it four stars because I would have loved to have more of the sauce and the mushrooms. This was a huge hit at my home on Christmas Eve. I wasn't sure if the husband would love it because he isn't a fan of anything with a heavy sauce, but the sauce wasn't heavy at all. He loved it. The flavor was very good and the chicken was tender. Figure out a way to make additional sauce and mushrooms. You will definitely want more of this dish. Excellent.
