this was delicious. didnt change a thing. it was also easy to prepare. i don't agree with the other reviews saying the dijon was too strong.... it just added some dimension to the taste, but in no way stood out or was overpowering. i'll be making this again!

We're doing the Paleo Diet and substituted whole coconut milk for the mascarpone. It turned out absolutely delicious! A little cauliflower mash on the side and voila! This is such a flavorful dish, it will definitely go into our permanent archive!

Absolutely fabulous! It had so many flavors in it. I followed the recipe exactly except for adding the parsley which I didn't have. Itmade such a great meal. I paired it with cauliflower and parsnips that were mashed with salt, pepper, butter, and greek yogurt for faux mashed potatoes that the gravy went over and they were great.

Really quick and easy, but I made a few changes. I used full chicken breasts that I browed in the pan and then finished in the oven while I made the sauce. Boneless skinless chicken breasts are hard to brown without drying out and they have so little flavor. The sauce was a bit thick, so I loosened with some pasta water. When I added a bit of butter to the pasta, I also tossed in some chopped parsley which reeally added to the presentation. Marscapone is $7.00 a container in my area, so next time I would use 1/3 less fat cream cheese instead. Overall, incredibly flavorful dish that came together very quickly, yet still appeared and tasted very elegant. A great dinner party dish.

I would eat a fence post if this sauce was poured over it. It's my go to every time now!
