My sister is an amazing cook. She made this for a dinner party. I couldn't get enough of this. It was sooo yummy. The only thing she did different, was she used a teeny tiny noodle instead of the fettucinne (orosco? It was AMAZING! Perfect dish to impress your friends.

I can't say enough good things about this recipe. It's absolutely amazing and probably the best thing I've EVER made! The first time I made it, I was skeptical (especially of the Dijon but it was so rich and decadent. My husband is an executive chef and he loved it. I've made it for several other people since and every single person has been completely blown away by it. I'm actually surprised to see unfavorable reviews, but I guess people have different taste. If you like mushrooms and you want to feel like you're dining at a 5-star restuarant, make this!!

This recipe was good, but not great, and in my opinion, it’s not better than a regular chicken marsala recipe. I tasted more of the dijon flavoring than the marsala wine or the mascarpone cheese. Given the high cost of mascarpone cheese, we probably won’t make this again. Disappointing.

Incredibly underwhelming - stick to traditional chicken Marsala. I'm typically a huge fan of Giada's recipes, but this was a major disappointment. The sauce was very bland... as though the mascarpone masked the Marsala flavor. Also, the presentation is unappealing so I'm glad I wasn't making it for guests. I would never make this again. My family would barely eat a first round so the leftovers went in the trash.

We loved it! I didn't add any marsala and it's still a great sauce!!!

Very easy to prepare and cook! This recipe was delicious and flavorful. The mascarpone and dijon creates a wonderful flavor. I watched the video and did not thinly slice the mushrooms but only quartered them and was wondering if I had left them too big--no fears, Giada knew her shrooms! Will keep in my box for more meals.

Loved this! The amount of dijon was great and next time I may add even a little more! Don't skimp on the mushrooms, get cremini and definitely use a pound. I waited about 5 or 6 minutes before adding the garlic to the mushrooms because I don't like to risk burning garlic. I also skippped the onion completely because I have an anti onion person to feed. It came out great anyway!

Easy and simple recipe. Most of the ingredients i already had. Oh and don't get the cooking Marsala wine buy the real deal. Also good to sip while cooking.LOL! Good dish! I saw one review that said it had too much mustard or that it was too sweet but not at all i tried one tablespoon of mustard first just to make sure it wasn't too overpowering and it wasn't so i added another tablespoon and it was fine. Also another review said the chicken breast didn't cook all the way through but it does and I also checked the temp after it came out the pan from brown on 4 minutes on both sides. Yes four minutes bot 5 minutes. And if you still have second thoughts it should make you feel better that you add the chicken to the sauce to cook for another few minutes.. It wasn't my favorite recipe, but I will be making it again.
