Oh goodness, this was amazing! Much better than regular Chicken Marsala. The mustard and mascarpone really take the sauce into the "out of this world" category. Don't change a thing - truly! (I almost always modify a recipe, but this one doesn't need it. Served with Ina Garten's "Roasted Asparagus," and sprinkled a light dusting of freshly grated parmigiano reggiano over the entire plate. Divine!

Really surprised that there are any negative reviews on this one. One of the best dishes I have ever made. Not at all heavy. Sauce is very light, creamy, and the dijon gives it a wonderful flavor. Use all the mascarpone, don't listen to the negativity, this one is a keeper. Trust me!

My concern was the richness of the entire dish.
Despite it being tasty. it was so heavy that I couldn't eat more than an appetizer's worth.
And that's with me thinning the sauce with chicken broth and using 3 quarters of the mascarpone cheese

This recipe is a keeper. I did not use the onions, since my bf is allergic to them, but the taste was so incredible I want to make it again tomorrow. No leftovers!

I have made this dish many times, because not only do I love it, but
all of my friends keep asking me to make it. It is delicious!! I use the Wegman's brand Dijon Whole grain mustard and it is wonderful!
One of my all time favorite receipes!

This recipe was absolutely amazing! The only alterations I made were to use white wine and to saute the onions longer, as I had no Marsala. I wanted to lick the plates, it was so delicious. I will make this one over and over. Next time, I will also use more onions. Giada, your recipes are terrific!

The first time I make a recipe I do not alter it in anyway so I am able to review it as it's intended. I felt the mustard was too overpowering and the overall taste too sweet for my liking. It was just "ok" for my family, and a recipe I would definitely tweek if I were to make again. My suggestions would be to cut back on the mustard, use less marsala and I would use chicken tenders as they cook a little more quickly.
