It looks like I'm alone in this one, but I thought the sauce was a little too rich. It was tasty, but my husband and I are used to eating lighter, healthier meals with very simple ingredients. I thought I would give this a try since most of the reviews were 5 stars, but if you are not used to heavier ingredients in your cooking, it may be too much for you!

My husband and I found this recipe a little bland. Any suggestions on how to add a little flavor? I thought about adding a little fresh lemon juice, but would that curdle the marscapone? I also added fresh asparagus when the mushrooms were just about done - a great addition.

i just made the dish today and totally fell in love with it. i've always loved mascarpone, mustard, marsala, and mushroom, so this dish was like everything i love! i actually used whole grain mustard, and it turned out to be great. when i make any pasta dishes, i always keep in mind not to overcook pasta! i hate soggy, way-too-soft pasta noodles because it ruins great pasta sauce like this one. also, i only used a tiny bit of butter to coast the pasta. like someone else in the review said, the sauce is already very thick, so don't need too much butter unless u wanna get hearburn after eating the food:

This was a great chicken dish. Next time I will prepare the chicken pieces a little thinner but that is just a personal preference. The flavor was very nice and it made a good presentation.

This recipe was a hit in my home. My husband thought it was "fabulous". It is very simple to make, and tastes just as good or better than any chicken pasta dish you would get at a fine restaurant. A definite keeper, and one that is sure to impress anyone who tries it!

I followed this recipe exactly as far as cooking times and it turned out perfect. Adding 3 T of butter to the pasta seems a bit of overkill because the sauce is so rich. I felt like I was dining at a fine Italian restaurant, it was that good. Took me about 45 minutes start to finish, and it was so easy. Make this for company and they will be impressed!

This recipe was easy, elegant, and better the next day. I live with an anti-pasta person who absolutely loved this chicken! That says it all! Thanks Giada for another edible masterpiece.

Another one of my favorites! I made this for my husband and I and he gave it two thumbs up!!! We served it over white rice though because my husband doesn't care too much for noodles. The sauce is what really makes this dish great!!
