I made this dish for a family get together and everyone loved it. Even my 20 month old son. Fairly easy to make. The only thing is I went to look for the Marsala wine in a liquor store but instead it was in the cooking wines aisle at my local grocery store.

I followed the recipe to the letter and it was really, really delicious. Even my two girls who are pretty picky liked the tang of the mustard.

Giada does it again with this one. The sauce is rich and delicately sweet but balanced by the woodsy flavor given from the cremini mushrooms. On another note...for those of you claiming the marsala was a little strong or too sweet, did you use the dry version. They also make a sweet marsala which was not recommended. Also, ricotta is not a good substitute for mascarpone. No wonder it was bland! I would use cream cheese next time. Giada, you go girl! Can't wait to buy your cookbook this month.

This was quite tasty but I needed to play with the seasoning and the amount of mustard, marsala etc. My husband loved it. Personally, I think it's better the second or third night. Still, a keeper.

This is a stellar recipe. Just tremendous.

It is a very heavy, very filling dish, so don't plan on going out dancing after serving it.

I made a the recipe as I seen on the show, and did not have to come back to website to double check : my husband does not like dijion mustard of any kind so I made it without the mustard and, because I have 5 kids, I had to make alot, and for some reason or another (I swore I bought 2 containers I could only find 1 conatainer of mascarpone, and because it is only sold at a store which is about 30 minutes away, I substituted the 1 container on mascarpone for 1 package of cream cheese. It was soft (room temp, but I had to switch to a whisk so that the cream cheese would mix in well, and not clump in small white dot like shapes. All in all, the recipe tasted great! My childen all loved it! My oldest son and middle daughter love the dijion mustard version better, but my kids loved it! But more importantly, my husband I thoroughly enjoyed this recipe!

This was a huge hit - my spouse, who doesn't enjoy chicken, thought it was great. I will serve this for guests.
