This fabulous chicken with mustard marscarpone marsala sauce was so easy, yet so unbelievably delicious!! The flavors of the mustard, cheese and wine came together so wonderfully. I am not a cook and my husband was quite impressed!! I would definitely make this for company and feel very confident! So, so easy and so, so yummy!

This was easy to make, and my finiky 6 year old loved it as well.
I see people have had a hard time finding the Mascarpone cheese. I found it in the Deli section of my national chain grocery store in Atlanta.

I made several changes--to use what I had on hand--and the dish was still outstanding. I used sherry instead of marsala, brocolli instead of mushrooms, ziti instead of fettucine.
And I bet this sauce would be great with some green peppercorns over a filet mignon.
A real keeper!

This was fantastic!!! I used regular old white mushrooms for this and had to change a lot of the cooking times but this tasted incredible!!! It should feed about 6 people but my husband left no leftovers!!!!
He said I definitly have to put this as a favorite!

This receipe looks absolutely fabulous to make just glancing at the ingredients. I'm sure it would have a unique flavor. I'm quite sad, however, because my city doesn't carry cremini mushrooms or mascarpone cheese. I've called everywhere checking. Guess I'll have to wait to go out of town somewhere and look up a specialty shop. I'm afraid if I were to substitute these two ingredients that it wouldn't taste well. I'm keeping this receipe on file because I just KNOW it will taste good when I can make it.

This was a great dish, made it for my husband and I, so reduced amounts. It was very easy and I think I'll keep it as an option for a dinner party, since prep is so quick. Served it with a nice salad. Lovely!

I made this the day afer the show and it was outstanding. Extremely easy and great flavor. I forget the onions, so I'm anxious to try it again with all the ingredients.
