I also did find the Marsala flavor to strong, but good. I loved the crimini mushroom taste. This was very easy to prepare, and had it ready in no time for such a delish dish.

My family thought they had died and went to Italian heaven. I was a little unsure of the mustard/mascapone sauce but it was perfect. I recommend this dish to anyone who loves mushrooms & chicken. Amazing!

Marsala flavor a little too strong. A little more bland than I thought it would be. I, too, substituted Mascarpone with Ricotta cheese.

This meal was ok. I had a hard time finding mascarpone cheese. It is not sold in general grocery stores. On the web I found that ricotta cheese could be used as a substitute which is what I tried. But I found that it brought a sour taste to the meal. Also I felt as though the spiciness of the dijon ruins the smoothness of the marsala. The recipe was very easy and fun to make.

This was sooo yummy and a dish where the flavors work even if you have to change it just a bit. I love it the way it was originally presented but then decided to make it for my boyfriend who doesn't eat poultry. Even with thin sliced filet of beef, it was outstanding and I imagine would be great with veal, too. Besides that, it was quick and easy. Thanks for another winner, Giada.
