made this last night for my girlfriend..wanted to make a romantic dinner for when i proposed..pretty ease recipe, didnt stick exactly to the cooking times as they differed a little when i made it myself...also added about a table spoon or two more of the marsala wine after i put the marscapone and dijon in the pan...also, i used florio marsala wine, dry...as i found a few different types...every came out beyond amazing..i dont even really like chicken marsala, but this was nice, little creamy..my girlfriend loved it to...great recipe.

After looking for a chicken marsala recipe, I decided to try this one. Reviews were glowing! BUT I really didn't like it. Way too much of a mustard taste for me (even though I didn't use the full amount. Won't be using this recipe again.

Simply amazing!!! Used sweet marsala since I had only that in my pantry. Turned out to be great :-

Very good! Chicken needed a bit longer to cook. Prefer just 1 tablespoon butter on the fettuccini.

This was AWESOME! I didn't use as much marscapone but it didn't need it.

This dish could not have better, Didn't change a thing but doubled the recipe for company. Served a spinach salad with bacon dressing.

Our family loves this. We make it over and over again. It is important to cut everything small enough for kid bites - we cut the chicken much smaller than she does in the video from the original tv presentation. We use either dry or sweet marsala whichever we have on hand. We eat it with chopsticks in asian serving dishes. My family insists on this every few weeks if I don't remember to make it.
