So easy to make and yet so delicious! Such a great combination with chocolate and cheese. I made 16 mini pastries and they were the perfect size but I couldn't stop at eating just one : The next time I may try substitute some kind of fruit preserves or marmalade for the chocolate. Thank you for a wonderful and easy recipe Giada!

Just made these with a couple of changes; I used fresh blueberries instead of chocolate chips and I added a half tsp of Cardamom. I also just used the leftover egg white with a tsp of water to seal and glaze them. They are amazing, but when I make them again I will cut the sugar to 1 1/2 Tbls; the mascarpone is already sweetened.

I have made these for the past few years for Christmas morning, they are amazing! I like to make a double batch and hide some, because there are never leftovers when I make these!!

Delicious! And sooo easy! Next time, I want to try it without the chocolate and just let the mascarpone and cream cheese shine on their own! But still very good with the chocolate!

Delish!!!!! I've made this recipe several times and it always comes out perfect. Since there are no real bakeries in our area, it is nice to have an easy go to recipe for Sunday morning breakfast.

This recipe is fantastic! I love that it's simple ingredients, but tastes so good. I have two little children, so I don't have time to make recipes that take forever. These Danishes are so easy and fast! Thank you so much Giada!
