OMG! These are soooooo good and easy! Made them for overnight guest and they were very impresses. I put the cheese mixure together the night before and that worked out fine. The are delicious and pretty and easy and impressive. In a word! Great!

This was so easy and tasty. My kids loved it. I would highly recommend it to those who love chocolate croissants, but don't have a good bakery near them.

Wonderful!! I halved the recipe to make 4 danishes which was really easy. I used all cream cheese as well. I can't wait to try it with fruits. These are just as good reheated in the toaster oven.

I have already made this recipe 3 X this week. That's how good and addicting it is. Very simple. I did increased the amount of chocolate chips since I have a sweet tooth. My family LOVES it:

These were really delicious and easy to make! The only change I made was using all cream cheese (4oz instead of buying a container of mascarpone for such a small amount.

These were amazing! Just made them today as I watched the show a few days ago and these were so easy to make and so yummy! A few of my neighbors stopped in and they tried one and loved them as well.

Made them this morning and they were great! One suggestion however is to make sure you put some of the egg wash on the pastry BEFORE you first fold over the corner as it will keep the seams together better.

Also when are people going to realize that they are supposed to rate a recipe AFTER they try it. Why would somebody rate a recipe without trying it? I just don't get it.

My husband wanted to go to the french bakery today to get the chocolate croissant. I saw the show today, had all the ingredients and made the danish. It was easy to make and absolutely delicous!!! Thanks for the recipe, we did not have to drive the thirty minutes each way and we had fun making them.

looks really great, want to try it. umm, however??? the folding directions are a little general, and there's no picture of the finished item... since it may be MONTHS before I can actually attempt this, I went googling for a reminder pic, and could totally not find one! this must be Giada's personal fold??? any chance of putting up a picture, somewhere? thanks in any case!
