Just watched . You have that backwards it's 1/2 C Agave (actually it was just shy of 1/2 C she doesn't say how much but you can see on the Pyrex measuring cup. Then she clearly says 1/3 C of almond milk.
Hope that helps
its very rich a little goes a long way.

yes, this recipe differs from the one on the actual episode. it is 1/3C Agave and 1/2C almond milk. Everything else is the same. I use dark chocolate, at least 70%, for the melted chocolate; Trader Joe's DC bars are just about 4oz so it works perfectly! A little goes along way, especially when using dark chocolate so it is enough to get my sweet fix for the day and be done with it! I'm telling everyone about it!

I'm not a chocolate lover but the only reason I tried this was because of the health benefits of the Avocado....and wow, you could not tell the Avocado's were in there.

just watch giada make this (1-7-13 and I know she added almond milk-not listed in this recipe-this page needs to be updated w/all the ingredients-or did anyone out there remember or wright it down-1-cup or 1/2 cup of almond milk or more? will make when i have all the indredients. had to give this one star in order to post this massage. Just made this 2-3-13 after finding out other reviewers used 1/3 c almond milk. awesome, just put in refrige, can't waite till chilled. will make this again. I'd like to thank Food Network for getting back to me when I first wrote the first part of this review? A BIG THANKS TO GIADA-LOVE THIS

you would never know there was avocado in this. I used regular sugar, about 3/4 cup instead of the agave as I did not realize I was out of it. I also used the almond milk and 1 tblsp of vanilla and just a couple drops of almond. consistency was superb. made it for a dinner party and everyone loved it. Next time might try a little orange flavoring or even raspberry. Used my new petite desert glasses and a couple small mini morsels on top and a little squirt of that canned whipped cream. Just wonderful and so easy. Thanks Giada

This was simply delicious. I liked the cocoa and chocolate together, the avocado really lent some fruit notes. I bought the ingredients before I read the reviews and didn't purchase the almond milk since it wasn't listed on the list. I will definitely try this again and add the 1/3 C. unsweetened almond milk. I'm sure it will thin out the texture and add another depth of flavor. I hope the update the ingredient list!!

Impressed! My only recommendation would be to reduce the cocoa a little and make sure to use good quality chocolate like Ghiradelli. Usually I can eat a lot of mousse or pudding, but a little of this goes a long way. Didn't thin it out w/ Almond Milk like some of the other reviews indicated because we liked it thick. Thanks Giada!

This is very easy and fast, it tastes better after it set overnight. I can tastes the avocado but it is not obvious, definitely feels healthier eating this than the traditional chocolate mousse!

OMG!!! This is AMAZING! I did use Trader Joe's products Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk and their bourbon vanilla and raw agave syrup. I had one really large ripe avocado so I scaled the recipe back to two servings just because I wanted to not waste as I am new to trying to be more vegan in my diet. I will be adding this to my Meatless Monday menu each week. You must try you can taste the avocado a bit but I love love avocado so this is just perfect for me. And the fact there is no butter or sugar in this just makes me smile!
