Easy to make and everyone loved them. Salt the cookies while the chocolate is warm and you get a perfect salty sweet crunchy cookie!

I really wish I had use the cayenne but, I was chicken. All-in-all it was delicious. Crunchy, sweet, and a good afternoon pick-me-up.

I love how easy and tasty they are to make. Make sure the chocolate is melted properly, in this way you can aliquot them without fear of drying before you finish. Thank you Giada!!!

Yuk! Chocolate and noodles just don't go together! And the mango? It was like putting leather into my mouth. I soaked it for 30 minutes in almond liqueur. It softened the mango slightly, but did nothing for the recipe. I won't be making this again.

My mother used to make them with the chocolate chips, marshmellows, and pecans at Christmas everyone loved them. I make them this way with my granddaughters. Fun for all and easy to make.

This is a take on a recipe from the 50's . I remember them being called Chinese Porcipine cookies . Most recipes for them call for chocolate chips and or butterscotch chips and peanuts . The dried Mangos in this recipe are very expensive and hard to find if live somewhere rural . I make them during the Holidays and give them as gifts along with assorted other holiday cookies. I like the original recipe better than this one . The mango flavor and texture didn't work for me . They ARE fun and easy to make !
