I love Biscotti, I used to buy them from Cosco but guess what NO MORE since they are over priced... now I can make my own biscotti, the taste was unbelievable and such an easy receipe...the only thing they came little hard and I know why just because I over baked them, but I know what to do next time and I am sure they are going to be just perfect

This is the easiest & best tasting biscotti I have had in quit awhile. I plan to use this reciepe often on special occasions.

These were oh so easy to make, and so satisfyingly delicious. I decided to make these after deciding that I wanted to try Michael Chiarello's chocolate fondue with biscotti for dipping. My holiday party is this Friday and I think my guests will love making their own chocolate-dipped desserts. I can't wait!

I needed to make sure and make the logs long enough so the tops won't split. Since my tops split, the cookies weren't as pretty. But the taste was ohhhh so good. I loved the citrus flavor.

These biscotti are delicious...the orange zest gives it a punch of flavor that brings this biscotti to life. Perfect with a cup of tea and for giving out as holiday gifts. Enjoy

This was my first attempt at baking biscotti cookies. I can't believe it was so easy. I can't wait to try other flavors. They're delicious with a cup of coffee.

This recipe was super easy and they are delicious. Also, they are beautiful. I made them in addition to several other kinds of cookies to give to friends for Christmas. My family didn't want to give them away. We all loved them. YUM
