The combination of citrus, chocolate and the unique use of corn meal make this biscotti absolutely refreshing, flavorful and crunchy!

This recipe is very precise. I did exactly did what it says and the biscotti came out great! They look like the ones in store. It was a little too sweet and we can use less chocolate chips than the recipe.

This was my first attempt at making biscotti, and I couldn't believe how easy it was. I now make this every chance I get!

These are as good if not better than any you can buy. Conider the amount of citrus zest a minimum. I will double the amount next. Very good and they keep for a long time.

I too agree with another review that the cornmeal flavor dominated (I even used extra zest. Additional citrus flavoring might be worth trying or substituting some of the cornmeal with flour.
