I absoluty loved these. I made them around Christmas with all the other cookies I make. I thought I made a ton, but they were gone before I knew it. They were very easy and tasted just like biscotti from a coffee shop.

I cooked these a little less than the time called for and they turned out fabulous! What flavor and style....they are so professional looking and tasting. I've never made biscotti before and now I am addicted to these cookies. They're so fancy and it looks like you took forever to make them, yet they're not hard at all. Yum!

Easy to make and delicious. A real crowd pleaser. I've made it without the citrus and it is still delicious.

I used only oranges because we love that chocolate/orange flavor. Packaged up and gave as gifts for Christmas. Don't use the convection oven though - comes out way too hard, it could break your teeth.

I am a dissenting voice in submitting a low rating here. Biscotti were easy to prepare and attractive in appearance. However, the corn meal flavor dominated the taste resulting in a grainy flavor.

I made these for Christmas and they will now become an annual tradition. I also discovered that they make excellent "biter bisquits" for teething grandchildren, minus the chocolate. They are not too sweet, you know what is in the cookie because you made them and they contain no preservitives!! Works for me.
