a new twist on biscotti, although VERY time consuming compared to other biscotti I have made. Also, the chocolate was way too thick to dip them in, so I had to spread it on with a small spatula.

I thought the Biscotti would be so hard to make, but it was actually fun and easy! After making my first batch, I can't keep my husbands hands off of them! :

I've been making biscotti for a while now. I've always made the same kind (Cinnamon & Chocolate, and I wanted to try something different. I'm so glad I found this recipe.

This was my first time making biscotti and cant believe how simple it was. I did change it up a bit by adding orange extract for more flavor. Today I am going to make the same basic dough and change up the flavors a bit. I cant believe I used to spend $1.50 for one of these at the coffee shop. Never agian, too simple to make myself.

From someone who is less than a confident baker, this turned out exceptionally good.
